Wyoming and Delaware are not in the calculator: specialists serve them, and their pricing is theirs to publish. Puerto Rico is not served by this business.
What the $399 buys — task by task
- Name check and formation filing. Your Articles (or Certificate) of Organization prepared and filed with the state office named on your state sheet, with the state fee passed through at cost.
- Registered agent, year one. A real registered agent and registered office in your formation state from day one — a legal requirement in every state in this Atlas.
- Your EIN, including the without-SSN route. Form SS-4 prepared and filed through the IRS route for foreign owners — fax or mail, since the online assistant is closed to applicants without an SSN or ITIN.
- Your duty calendar, in writing. The state duty and due pattern from your sheet, plus the federal dates that apply to foreign-owned LLCs (Form 5472 with a pro-forma 1120 for a single-member company), so year two never arrives as a surprise.
- Your documents, delivered. The filed formation document and your EIN confirmation (CP 575) as PDFs, with the state source for every figure on your sheet.
From year two: registered-agent renewal is $149 a year, for entities we formed. Nothing else is subscribed, bundled or upsold: no hosting, no phone numbers, no mail plans, no website packages. Never sold here: Wyoming or Delaware formations (specialists serve them), a standalone EIN for an entity we did not form, and anything described as lifetime access — the renewal is an annual service, renewed annually, cancellable by moving your agent.

Why checkout does not take your money today
Payments are not open. Our selling company forms first; its bank and payment accounts follow; then one paid test order is walked end to end — formed, charged, filed, delivered — before the first public sale. Anyone who charges you before their company exists is asking you to fund their paperwork with your card. Until the test order is proven, the launch list is the way in: one email when formation opens, and nothing else.
