The state dossiers survey the American side of a formation. These sheets survey yours: what your own country's rules ask of a US LLC, how the money crosses, and which states founders from your country actually choose. One sheet per country, surveyed against that country's own official sources — published two a week, in founder-volume order.

In survey
Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Germany and the Philippines are in survey in that order — each sheet waits for its home-country sources to be read, not for a template to be filled. The queue after them (Canada, South Africa, Bangladesh, Colombia) is set by launch-list evidence. If your country is not yet surveyed, the state Atlas and the Route Diagnostic still apply in full — and joining the launch list with your country named is what moves a sheet up the queue.
