USLLC For Non-Residents exists because the formation market sells non-residents slogans — “form in Delaware”, “Wyoming for privacy” — and invoices them for duties nobody mentioned. An atlas is the opposite instrument: measure everything, publish the measurements, and let the traveller choose the route.
How this business works
We form LLCs in 48 states + DC under one package — Formation Complete, $399 plus the state fee at cost — with the registered agent for year one and the EIN included, because a formation without an agent and an EIN is a third of a company. Wyoming and Delaware belong to specialist businesses, and this site routes to them even though the routing costs us the sale. Pennsylvania formations sit alongside our sister business PA CROP Services, which serves Pennsylvania registered-office customers directly; the Pennsylvania sheet says so on its face.
Where this business stands today
Payments are not open. Our selling company forms first; its fulfilment chain runs through our wholesale formation partner; and one paid test order is walked end to end — formed, charged, filed, delivered — before the first public sale is taken from anyone. The launch list is open now and is the honest way in. Every figure on this site is verified against an official state source recorded on the page where the figure appears; where a figure cannot be verified, the page says that instead of guessing.
What we will not do
We will not promise a bank account, a visa, or a tax outcome. We will not sell lifetime access, subscriptions dressed as formations, or an address dressed as an office. We are not a law firm and not a tax adviser. Within those lines, the Atlas is the most complete free instrument we know how to build for a non-resident choosing a state — use it whether or not you ever buy from us.
